What aircraft cargo restraint products does Gita Aviation manufacture?
Gita Aviation manufactures three certified product lines: cargo nets (EASA/FAA/CAAC certified), cargo restraint straps (ETSO C172 certified), and cargo stopper devices / spider nets (ETSO C202 certified).
Which cargo restraint product do I need?
Cargo nets secure and cover bulk cargo across a ULD or pallet position; cargo restraint straps tie down individual pieces of cargo or equipment; cargo stopper devices (spider nets) restrain cargo movement at the front, rear or sides of a hold. Many operators use a combination of all three.
Are all Gita Aviation products certified to the same standard?
Each product has its own certification: cargo nets carry EASA ETSO, FAA TSO and CAAC CTSO C90 approvals; restraint straps carry ETSO C172; and cargo stopper devices carry ETSO C202. All three are manufactured at facilities audited by EASA and CAAC.
